Kangana In Legal Trouble For CDR Scam

Acquiring any persons call data records without their knowledge and permission is a big crime and criminal offence to a person's privacy.
But in Mumbai and Thane region, few private detectives are trying to acquire call data records to help the lawyers in few typical cases.
The whole investigation and issue got media attention, when Nawazuddin Siddiqui got summons in the case. Thane Police clarified that he is summoned as a witness against lawyer, Rizwan Siddiqui.
Lawyer Rizwan has been arrested for acquiring details for his clients using illegal ways.
In the interrogation, he spoke about Ayesha Shroff and Kangana Ranaut, giving him numbers of popular actors and asking him to acquire CDR.
Thane police said that they summoned both Ayesha and Kangana, after they found that Ayesha acquired CDR of Sahil Khan and Kangana shared number of Hrithik Roshan with Rizwan.
Ayesha Shroff, wife of Jackie Shroff used to be in a relationship with Sahil Khan and in a court case, she acquired his call data for an advantage after break-up, according to media reports.
Kangana Ranaut had a public spat with Hrithik and the court case is still going on. Rangoli, sister of Kangana came out i support of her sister and blasted on police, saying that they are framing her sister.
