There was a time when heroes used to struggle hard to become a star hero. They had to increase their market slowly for each and every film. But Vijay Devarakonda has completely changed the trend. By accepting the bold film like 'Arjun Reddy', Vijay has broken all the norms and achieved stardom.
A small film collecting Rs.40 crores at the box office is not an easy task. Moreover, the audience were habituated to one and half hour.. two hour films and they rejected several films with long duration in the recent past. But they were spell bound for 3 hour long 'Arjun Reddy'. Other language filmmakers are so impressed with the film that they are getting ready for remakes.
Kollywood hero Dhanush has already acquired the Tamil remake rights already. He has not clarified whether he is acting in the remake or not. On the other hand, Bollywood hero Ranveer Singh watched the film in a special screening and he is getting ready to act in the remake. Similarly, Kannada remake is also getting ready now.
Kannada remake rights were grabbed by popular producer Rockline Venkatesh. They have finalised young hero Yash for playing Vijay Devarakonda role as per the talk. Yash is known as a talented actor in Kannada. Rockline Venkatesh is planning to rope in a young director for the remake.
