Mahanati Is Not Postponed!

There have been rumours lately that the makers of Mahanati, Savitri biopic have decided to not clash with Ram Charan and Sukumar's Rangasthalam, releasing on 30th of March and postponed their film to a later date.
But the producers of the film, have reportedly condemned any such developments and revealed that the movie is on schedule and will release on 29th of March as they have announced earlier.
The producers of the movie have said that they do not know how the rumours are coming out but they haven't atleast once thought about postponing their film from the locked date.
Well, the movie is based on the life of Savitri, the legendary actress who died of Cancer at an early age of 45 years. She still remains as one of the most loved, popular and respected actresses in Telugu and Tamil Cinema.
Keerthy Suresh is playing her role. Samantha Akkineni is said to be playing the role of a journalist from 50's who closely followed the story of the actress and through her point of view story is narrated it seems.
Naga Ashwin is directing the movie, while Vyjayanthi movies is producing te film. Vijay Devarakonda, Prakash Raj, Manchu Mohan Babu are said to be doing cameos of popular actors and producers of that era in the film.
