After the release of 'Gautamiputra Satakarni' theatrical trailer, Netizens accused Director Krish of using 'Bajirao Mastani' war-field sequences for his movie. Krish condemned the plagiarism allegations immediately. Prior to the release of the historical movie, This Sensible Filmmaker has only breathed fire on the critics.
Krish shot back: 'Why would I depend on some other film when I am working for such a prestigious movie? Are we incapable? Can't we make such films? Why would I try to gain from some else's expertise or hardwork? I don't understand from where these rumours come from. Why don't rumormongers think for a second before making such a comment?'.
The filmmaker yet again clarify 'Khabardaar' comment at the audio launch of 'Gautamiputra Satakarni' isn't intended to target 'Khaidi No.1' or Mega Family. Krish claimed it's how he expressed his displeasure upon knowing Telugus don't know about their great warrior whereas people of other states have huge respect for Satakarni.
