Everybody was surprised with the silence of Mahesh Babu because he didn't start the promotions even before 4 days of 'Spyder' release. They were thinking how the 'Spyder' team would recover the huge investment without a proper promotional strategy. But the situation has changed once Mahesh started promotions.
Mahesh Babu is leaving everybody stunned with his speed. He is appearing in two, three cities in a day to promote the film. He is covering print, TV, web media and giving back to back interviews. He has already covered Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and North as well. Mahesh started his promotions with TV channels in Chennai. He came back to Hyderabad and gave interviews to print media. He went to Chennai again and attended the press meet and gave interviews to the local newspapers there. He came back to Hyderabad again and gave one-to-one interviews to Telugu TV channels.
Mahesh didn't confine himself to only Telugu and Tamil. He went to Bengaluru as 'Spyder' is having a big release in Karnataka. He gave interviews to Kannada media. Finally, he gave interviews to Bollywood top critics Rajeev Masand, Anupama Chopra and covered the North as well. It is known that 'Spyder' is releasing in a huge number of screens on the North as well. So, he has covered everybody. On the whole, Mahesh Babu is showing superb energy in promotions by roaming around the country.
