'Spyder' pre-release business is the career highest for Mahesh Babu. Even though his last film 'Brahmotsavam is a disaster, that doesn't have any impact on the business of 'Spyder'. The worldwide theatrical business of Spyder stood at Rs.124 crore share. The total pre-release business is Rs. 157 crores, if we include satellite and audio rights.

Mahesh-Murugadoss film has to collect Rs.124 worldwide share for Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam to be called as a box office hit. Except 'Baahubali' series and 'Khaidi No.150', no other Tollywood film has crossed 100 crore share mark till now, so it is going to be a difficult task for Mahesh Babu. On the other hand, Mahesh Babu film will not have a solo release like 'Jai Lava Kusa', it has to share the screens with 'JLK' and 'Mahanubhavudu'.

If the content connects to the audience then Mahesh film will have a good time at the box office. Dussehra season holidays are going to be an advantage for the 'Spyder'.
