Merlapaka Gandhi after getting a break with Venkatadri Express, took time to write his second movie, but UV Creations gave him all he needed in the meantime to make a successful film.
With Sharwanand, he proved to be a good comic director with new thoughts by making Express Raja.
After that, he waited for Ram Charan and other busy heroes to give his script a go ahead and UV Creations wanted to produce that movie, too.
But when Nani liked his script, he directed him to work with a producer who has his dates and he made KrishnaArjuna Yuddham.
Movie failed but Merlapaka Gandhi is able to find his producers in UV Creations and they have locked the project.
