Musical Face-Off Between Thaman And DSP!

Music directors Devi Sri Prasad and Thaman are ruling our playlists from the past decade. Devi is a bit senior to Thaman and was always a step ahead of the latter because of his rocking tunes.
Devi delivered many memorable albums and chart buster songs right from the beginning and still is the first pick of many directors and heroes. Thaman on the other hand, rapidly grew in the industry and worked on many biggies. But, he was often accused of lifting music from abroad or copying his own tunes.
So, Thaman went through retrospection and came back way stronger than before. His songs have become quite refreshing and delivered some superb tunes in the past year. In the meanwhile, DSP's music started becoming routine with same instrumentation and having nothing special. Though he delivered some hits like 'Bharat Ane Nenu' and 'Rangasthalam'. He certainly lost his midas touch.
Now, both these composers are coming at the same time. Thaman is coming up with 'Ala Vaikunthapuramlo' while Devi is getting ready with 'Sarileru Neekevvaru' for next year's Pongal season. Already, Thaman drew the first blood as his 'Samajavaragamana' song is creating sensation. So, we need to see who wins in this musical face-off.
