Apart from the drugs issue, Bigg Boss reality show is one of the most discussed topics in the Telugu states. It may appear to be an exaggeration but it is true. Everybody was curious to know whether Bigg Boss Telugu version will be successful or not. They wanted to know how NTR hosts the show. NTR has got very good feedback except for the first episode where he appeared more dramatic.
Bigg Boss show registered thumping TRPs on the first day. With 16.18 rating, Star Maa channel stood in the number one position among the Telugu TV channels in the 29th week. If we keep aside the Telugu movie premier TRP ratings, Big Boss show rating is a record for Telugu TV shows. But the TRPs in the weekdays are not so impressive. The average TRP in the weekdays is 9.24.
There are mixed reactions on the show till now. Some people are criticizing the programme and some are supporting it. Bigg Boss organisers are hopeful that the show will be successful as the time passes by. It is known that two contestants already eliminated from Bigg Boss house till now. Jyothi is the first contestant and Sampoornesh Babu is the second one. There was huge drama surrounding the elimination of Sampoo, which grabbed the attention of the audience recently.
