Can Nani Pull Off What Karthi Couldn't ?

Natural Star Nani has confirmed a new project with director Merlapaka Gandhi. It is known that Nani's 'Ninnu Kori' is getting ready for the release and he has commenced the shoot of his next film 'MCA'. He has a commitment with Srinivas Avasarala. Apart from this project, he gave his nod for Merlapaka Gandhi for another film.
Merlapaka Gandhi has scored back to back hits with 'Venkatadri Express'.. 'Express Raja'. He said to have prepared a script for Ram Charan. He got a chance to narrate the story to Ram Charan through Sharwanand. There were reports in the past that Cherry gave his nod to Merlapaka Gandhi. Somehow the project couldn't materialize. Latest buzz reveals that Merlapaka Gandhi is doing the same subject with Nani.
There is no rule that a hero should act in all the stories he listened.. similarly, Charan has left out a Mani Ratnam film earlier.. it was 'Cheliya'. Karthi said 'yes' to the same film.. and we all know Karthi had to face disastrous result. Coming to the present, Nani is taking up the subject rejected by Charan. Nani is playing dual role in this film. We have to wait and see whether Nani can pull off a hit from the story rejected by Charan.. because Kathi couldn't do it.
