Nani became the host of Telugu Bigg Boss season 2, after Tarak did not want to take up the job for second time, as he is the host of first Bigg Boss season. This time, Nani had to face lot of negativity and also a great amount of abuses and trolling on social media, to which he had to react as well.

His next film, multi-starrer with Nagarjuna is coming out on 27th September. The actor talked to media about the film, Bigg Boss and his next film, Jersey.

He said, "I was afraid if me and Nag sir can bond over and deliver a good fun film as he is most senior to me. I am still in awe of him as a star hero I look upto but while working he doesn't bring any attitude with him and we could gel on the first day, itself."

He talking about Sriram Adittya said, "We had a story with us from long time. I was waiting for someone to improvise it and make it into an engaging screenplay. I came across trailers of Sriram's films and decided to give him a chance. I gave him 40 days time and asked him to narrate the screenplay. He did come exactly after 40 days and even though I had no dates and did not want to do it so early, I got tempted by his narration and accepted the movie."

About the failure of Krishna Arjuna Yuddham, he said, "After such a long streak of hits, I am content and looking forward. I hope all the bad omens have gone away with KAY!"

He added, "I worked hard on it more than any other film but it did not work out at all. I know people won't come to my movies to look at me on screen and I want to do best possible films that will enterrain audience."

About Bigg Boss, he said, "I am happy that it will be over as last three months have been hectic for me. I want to take rest and Bigg Boss experience opened my eyes. I could see how many people are ready to pull us down and I will be mindful of that."

He said that he is taking cricket training for everyday for three hours a day and by the end of the film, Jersey, he will be well trained enough to take part in CCL. He praised Nag for being a gentleman and friendly. He hoped that the impression that Nag and family has him will last longer.

He finally dismissed the claims that Kaushal fans have boycotted his films and said that everyone will be entertained by Devadas on 27th September.
