Krish Jagarlamudi decided not to continue the dispute with Kangana Ranaut over credits of 'Manikarnika' any longer. 'What I have to say has been said already. If she wants to believe that she directed 'Manikarnika', so be it. Everyone is aware of the truth,' he asserted.
Sources close to the unit say, Krish differed with the idea of Queen of Jhansi dancing with people while being pregnant. Still, Kangana decided to include such a song and dance sequence.
Deepika Padukone's Ghoomar song in 'Padmaavat' has been appreciated by all sections of people though she is a Queen as it’s been done in a graceful manner. Makers had digitally covered the midriff of Deepika even before applying for Censor clearance. In 'Manikarnika', Kangana jumps off her seat to dance with the common people. Displaying midriff and that too in a pregnant condition wasn't received well.
When his reaction was sought on it, Krish made it clear that such a sequence wasn't part of 'Manikarnika' when he was directing it. 'I don't know where the singing and dancing came from,' he quips.
