BB2 in KA: Viewers are happy.. buyers are in worry

A Person with a basic knowledge about films can easily say that 'Bahubali: The Conclusion' theatrical rights will have huge demand. Similarly the theatrical righs of 'Bahubali: The Conclusion' have been sold for unbelievable prices in all areas. Surprisingly, the deal for Karnataka has not been finalized yet.
'Bahubali: The Beginning' has collected a whopping 40 share in Karnataka region thereby bringing happiness to the distributors and buyers. Coming to the present, Karnataka state government has put a cap on the ticket prices recently. So.. ticket prices can not be hiked as per the wish of the film makers and theaters owners in Karnataka. This decision is a welcome step for viewers because there is no need to shell out extra bucks for watching their favourite film.. On the other hand, buyers are worried that they will not be able to recover the money with the present ticket prices... if they invest huge on the theatrical rights.
In fact there is huge demand for theatrical rights of 'Bahubali: The Conclusion', but 'Bahubali' team is not ready to close the deal for less amount. As a result of this situation, BB2 rights of Karnataka region have been unsold till now. Buyers do not want buy the rights at this price.. similarly they do not want to leave the movie because, they know the potential of 'Bahubali 2'.
