Why Did Prabhas Move High Court?

Supreme Court has recently delivered a verdict favourable to Telangana Government regarding 84.30 acres of disputed land in Survey No.46 of Rayaduragam, located on the outskirts of Hyderabad. Following the verdict, Serilingampally Revenue Officials had demolished illegal constructions and seized the farmhouse own by Prabhas.
The 'Baahubali' Star moved Hyderabad High Court claiming to be the owner of the property. He found fault with the Revenue Officials for seizing his farmhouse without even issuing any notice in advance. The Actor claims to be having documented evidence to prove that he purchased 2,200 sq yards of land in Survey No.46 from private people.
Actually, The dispute over 84.30 acres of land has been continuing for several years. After Government seized the properties in the disputed land, Private People moved High Court & Supreme Court, and obtained stay order. Serilingampally Revenue Officials made sure the stay order was withdrawn. Although Supreme Court declared it as Government land months ago, Revenue Officials hadn't proceeded further due to Election Code in Telangana. And now, They have taking everything under control as the election process has come to an end.
