RTC Bus Catches Fire At Secunderabad

In a shocking incident, RTC Bus catches fire at the Patny Centre in Secunderabad on Thursday morning at around 8.30 am. The Metro Express bus (AP 11Z 7403) belonged to Jeedimetla Depot.
Soon after the driver & conductor realised that there was something wrong, They alerted the passengers and all of them got down from the bus in a hurry to save their lives. Fire Safety personnel at Paradise were informed about the situation. Immediately, The fire fighters rushed to the spot and put off the blaze.
Around 25 people were in the bus when the fire broke out. Front portion of the vehicle was badly damaged in this incident. Cause of the fire is yet to be investigated.
The RTC Bus fire mishap led to a huge traffic jam on the Patny-Paradise Road.
