Did Raashi's Miss, Become Rashmika's Gain?

There are several reports about who was supposed to play Geetha in the movie Geetha Govindam. While, Vijay Devarakonda became part of it after Pelli Choopulu, actress search took a lot of time.
Team wanted a fresh pairing but they couldn't get Lavanya Tripathi to solve her differences with Tamil producers during the time.
She walked out of both the films in a haste and her career went downhill from then on.
Their immediate next choice was Rashmika but she was busy with Chamak, Chalo during the time and the team had date issues.
Up till, sources and news reports match. After that according to the new reports, Raashi Khanna has been approached and the actress accepted the role too.
But the producers and the actress disagreed on the remuneration part, it seems. She demanded Rs. 1 crore and producers weren't going to pay so much to her for a small movie.
She finally decided to not sign the contract and Rashmika completed her work for Chamak, her Kannada film by then.
So, she could join the film and ultimately, she became Geetha in Geetha Govindam. Well, that's the reason director Parasuram said at the audio event that the movie and character seemed to be written for Rashmika only.
