Everyone was convinced that Super Star Rajinikanth would probably quit acting in the movies. As his political stand took a turn and he became active in Tamil Nadu politics, even the fans thought Rajini would not act in the movies hereafter.
Kaala and 2.0 are to hit the theaters. Kaala is slated for its release on 27th April, while 2.0 will be released after that. These movies were considered as the last movies Rajini would appear in. In a surprise announcement, it has been revealed that Rajinikanth will act in another movie. Rajinikanth is all set to team up with the director Karthik Subbaraj as per the official announcement made by the team. This movie is to be produced by Kalanithi Maran. More details will be out soon.
