During the promotions of the film, she interacted with the media and revealed a few exciting aspects of her life. She shared one incident where she received a big shock in London when she went out to dine with friends.

"I went to London with my friends. I wanted to give a treat to my friends. We all went to a star hotel. We just ate food alone. In the end, I was shown the bill of ten lakh rupees and I received the shock of my life. I was left with nothing except to pay the bill silently and leave the place. I just did the same. I told myself that I should never visit the hotel again." said Rakul Preet Singh about the shocking experience in London.
