NTR Found 'His' Sridevi?

Biopics are now the toast of the season in Indian Cinema. Hindi films started a trend and Mahanati's success is making many Telugu producers look at other great personalities.
Before Mahanati, NBK announced NTR biopic and said, he is getting the script prepared. Teja, the director, came into develop script and after starting the shoot, he left the project.
Krish has now taken over the film direction and he is following the Mahanati example, it seems. He is looking to bring in all big actors for cameos and is trying to find someone from famous actors to fit into the famous characters, it seems.
Accordingly, Vidya Balan has been roped in to play, Basavatarakam, NTR's wife, Keerthy Suresh is in talks to play Savitri again, even though a cameo and Rakul Preet Singh is now in consideration for Sridevi role, it seems.
Even though the roles might be small, as the emphasis will be more NTR's personal and political life, the actors are interested to be a part of Telugu Film History, as NTR has been part of TFI, from 1949 till 1996, his death.
It is almost 45 years of an actor's life and 3/4th of Telugu Talkie, history.
