Director RGV made biopics of Paritala Ravi, Veerappan, Vangaveeti Ranga and NTR till date. He claims to be having plans to direct two more biopics in future. What are they?
Ram Gopal Varma: 'My Biopic on YS Rajasekhar Reddy will start from his sudden demise and focus on unusual developments which happened later. Few People felt happy with the death news. Those were in the Opposition Parties at that time. Few People suffered heartbreaks due to the sudden demise. Politics changed completely with the death of YSR. This film is about the Leader who changed political equations completely. 'Reddy Garu Poyaru' is the title for YSR Biopic. Research Work is under progress at the moment. It's too early to talk about the launch'.
The Maverick Filmmaker expressed his wish to make biopic of Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao as well. He, however, informed that script work of this project is yet to begin.
Varma kept facing Censor hurdles whenever a biopic was attempted by him. Still, He continues to make biopics with controversial themes.
