Who asked RGV to shelve Lakshmi NTR?

Few months ago, Nandamuri Balakrishna announced NTR Biopic in which he plays the role of his father. He least expected RGV would dare to make a movie based on the life of NTR from Lakshmi Parvathi's point of view.
As per grapevine in the Industry, A message has been sent to RGV asking him to shelve 'Lakshmi NTR'. Industry bigwigs who are close to Balayya asked Puri Jagannath to convince his Guru. They conveyed it's better if Ramu doesn't make 'Lakshmi NTR' as Balakrishna is already making NTR Biopic.
People who knew about RGV believe he isn't someone who would take a back step after making an announcement no matter what could be the consequences. He didn't even care the life threats issued to him when he attempted few controversial films in the past. Possibility of Ramu taking 'Lakshmi Parvathi' on the floors looks bright as of now. Will the mediation from Puri works or not?
