Do we need Censor Board?

In Times where people were able to access any kind of info using Internet within a matter of few seconds, Do we really need a Censor Boar? This is what Ram Gopal Varma feel & he recommends elimination of Censorship.
Speaking at Times Lit Fest in New Delhi, RGV said: "We live in the Digital World. Even porn can be watched in cell phone. How can 4-5 people sitting in a room can decide what the people of a country should see, what they shouldn't?".
Even Bollywood Actress Divya Dutta agrees with the views of RGV on censorship issue. She comments Censorship in the age of social media is irrelevant and Director should be given full freedom to present the issue he takes up.
On the other hand, There were complaints about the objectionable scenes in films made these days and they will have a huge impact on the children.
