Ram Pothineni has conveyed that the censor board awarded the film with A certificate in an interesting manner. He took to Twitter and posted, "The Censor Board says it’s ''A'' kickass film!"
At the same time, the actor also issued a statutory warning even before some critics point out that the film unit is glorifying the character of the hero in the movie. Ram added, "Statutory Warning: Cigarette Smoking, Consumption of Alcohol and Following #iSmartShankar in real life are injurious to health. Be ismart enough to realise that he’s ''A'' fictional character."
