Megastar Chiranjeevi's weight gain has become a hot topic in the recent past. He appeared to have put on some extra weight and it is evident in the recently attended movie functions. There are some reports in the media that age is catching up with Chiru and he is unable to maintain the fitness like before.
Even before the speculations gained strength, sources close to the mega family clarified that the reports are false and Chiru is purposefully doing it. They are saying that Chiru has to appear in an elderly man getup in 'Sye Raa'.. so Chiru has intentionally put on some extra weight to play the role in an authentic manner. This getup will come in the flashback episode as per the reports.
Surender Reddy is picturising the flashback episode in the night more in a specially erected set in Kokapet. The makers have reportedly taken 7 acres lease for erecting the set. Hollywood action choreographer Greg Powell has designed these fight sequences. Tamannah, Vijay Sethupathi will join the team in this schedule. Chiru will start working on his physique after completing this month-long schedule. So, mega fans need not worry about Chiru's weight gain.
