Nudity used to a big deal until few years ago. The approach of Actors towards nudity and the way people have been receiving such bold scenes changed drastically in the recent past. These days, Nude scenes have been included in the scripts prepared by writers & filmmakers who wish to explore untouched elements.
Actress Kubbra Sait shot her frontal nudity scene in the 'Sacred Games' for seven times. Anurag Kashyap who directed the web series apologized to the actress many times for the retakes.
Believe it or not, Kubbra Sait was literally crying every time she performed the nude scene. She was weeping while lying on the floor by the time Director okayed the final shot. After the shoot, Anurag walked up to Kubbra Sait, hugged her and told he loves her for doing such a scene. All those present in the room were clapping and the scene came out beautifully.
'Sacred Games' features Saif Ali Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in lead roles. Kubbra Sait plays a transgender cabaret dancer in the web series.
