Salman didn't liked ex-lover's condition

The shooting of Bollywood highly anticipated movie Padmavathi starring the hottest couple Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone under the direction of Sanjay Leela Bhansali is almost completed.

But these two were not the first couple to hear the script of Padmavathi. Filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali approached Salman Khan and gorgeous Aishwarya Rai to play the leads. Aishwarya agreed to do the project but with one condition.

She stated that she would do Padmavathi's role only if Salman plays the antagonist (Alauddin Khilji)'s role. However, Salman rejected this claiming he doesn't want to do the negative role.

Sanjay who hoped to see this ex-lovers onscreen again got disappointed. Even after the shooting of the movie got started, he faced so many struggles as few of the offenders attacked the sets with petrol bombs in Kolhapur. However, he later picked Deepika in the lead role and Shahid Kapoor in Raja Rawal Ratan role.
