Several filmmakers are trying to emulate 'Baahubali' feat with expensive films. Mohan Lal is getting ready for Mahabharat.. Bollywood hero Riteish Deshmukh is planning Rs. 200 crore movie on King Sivaji.. Tamil director Sundar C. is planning another expensive film 'Sangamithra'.
The filmmakers have launched 'Sangamithra' yesterday in Cannes Film Festival. Shruthi Haasan is playing the titular role in the film.. Jayam Ravi and Arya are the heroes. They have released two grand first look posters with very good art work. They are trying to project the film as an expensive film with this kind of posters. But making such a poster realistically is a tough task. It is interesting to see whether audience will believe it as an expensive film like 'Baahubali' this kind of with fantasy art.
Some netizens are commenting that they should have started the shooting of the film.. and they should have completed some portion on grand scale to release the real posters. If they started the promotions then, the project would have automatically got the hype. But these fantasy art posters are getting mixed response.
