Mahesh's reaction on Jallikattu draws Criticism

Nobody expected Mahesh Babu to respond on ban imposed against Jallikattu as he never shared his views on any of the issues in Telugu States till date. Whether its Telangana movement/bifurcation/special status/special package, He choose not to remain mum for reasons known best to him.
Surprisingly, Tollywood Prince voluntarily came forward to express his support for Jallikattu. Why did Mahesh Babu shared his views on such a sensitive issue? Some sections say, Mahesh did so to win the hearts of Tamilians ahead of the release of his bilingual directed by AR Murugadoss.
Will the Superstar react on issues related to Telugu States from now onwards? Why he didn't voice his opinion against the ban on Rooster Fights so far? Why just Jallikattu?
Of course, Tamilians might appreciate the gesture of Mahesh Babu. But, Telugus mayn't be pleased with his silence over serious issues in AP & Telangana.
