96 - Sharwa Has Something To Tell

Vijay Sethupathi and Trisha starrer '96' movie turned out to be a super hit in Tamil. After that, the movie became one of the classic films in Kollywood. Tollywood ace producer Dil Raju has the Telugu remake rights of the film.
The star producer has been trying to rope in the lead actors to do the Telugu remake. He had already approached some of the heroes who have rejected this offer. As per the latest reports, Dil Raju has finally convinced young hero Sharwanand and star beauty Samantha to play the lead roles in the film. The official announcement about the project is yet to be announced. Meanwhile, during the promotions of 'Padi Padi Leche Manasu', Sharwanand has been coming out in front of the media. When asked about the remake of '96', he hasn't given any official confirmation but he just stated that the discussions are currently going on. It seems like that Sharwanand is not interested to open up about the project anytime soon. But as he has already accepted that the discussions are currently going on we can expect that he is much likely to sign the project.
On the other hand, Sharwanand whose recent release 'Padi Padi Leche Manasu' is gaining positive response from the audience is shooting for his 50th movie under the direction of Sudheer Varma and the movie is slated to hit the screens in summer next year.
