SC Case On The Actor And Actress!

These days people have grown sensitive to what others say and do. So, if you're a celebrity as you get much more attention, people expect you to be more careful.
Salman Khan and Shilpa Shetty had to learn this hard way. Salman is known for being eccentric in nature and speak his mind unfiltered but Shilpa Shetty who is normally careful had to find herself in the trouble.
Salman made a comment in one of his shows that he dances like a 'Bhangi', a caste community person. Also, Shilpa Shetty said that she looks and lives like a Bhangi at home.
Taking an offence to these comments, one of the heads of the community moved a petition to court saying that the comments damaged their image in public.
The case has been filed under the section 295, 3 (1) S, SC/ST act. It is a big offence to remotely even degrade an SC/ST person according to our constitution and judicially it is punishable too. So, court issued notices to both the actors.
Shilpa Shetty issued an unconditional apology and said, if her comments affected anyone to forgive her as she didnot mean to demean anyone. Salman Khan did not talk about it anywhere but he may have to answer to the court about the context.
Well, as celebrities, popular stars and personalities, have to be highly careful these days and hope the bigger stars understand it with this incident.
