Shivam 1st Weekend Collections: Disappointing!

As expected, 'Shivam' opening weekend collections have been disappointing for the high prices the theatrical rights were sold.
'Shivam' opened with mixed talk from Morning Shows on Day 1 and hence the revenues were just decent throughout the day. As the negative talk spread like wild fire, The collected have dipped further on Saturday and Sunday inspite of 20 minutes trimming. Finally, It managed a Worldwide share of just Rs 5.5 crore in the first weekend.
On Monday, 'Shivam' has registered pretty poor number in all the territories hinting a big disaster. All the buyers associated with this project are going to lose huge sum as the film could hardly collect Rs 10 crore in the full run, against the pre-release theatrical business of Rs 19 crore. Hopefully, Ram learns something from at least this failure.
