Rs 25 crore for Baahubali - Rs 50 crore for Saaho?

Just recently news about Netflix snapping the streaming rights of 'Baahubali: The Conclusion' for Rs 25.5 crore by winning the battle against Amazon was widely appreciated. The price offered to the Epic War Drama is more than that of Aamir Khan-starrer 'Dangal'.
Much to everyone's surprise, Speculations of Netflix acquiring 'Saaho' streaming rights for Rs 50 crore surfaced now. If 'Baahubali' can manage only around Rs 25 crore, How could 'Saaho' which is yet to complete even 25 percent of shoot fetch almost double to it?
Analysts say, Buzz about the fancy offer for 'Saaho' streaming rights could be a publicity stunt or silly rumour. Pre-Release of 'Saaho' could exceed Rs 200 crore but that doesn't mean Public will be believe every speculation in circulation. If Netflix offers a price anywhere close to Baahubali for Saaho, That itself is a huge achievement for Young Rebel Star as it's purely based on his market. It's not reasonable to expect anything more than that…what do you say?
