After making his re-entry with Kahidi No:150, Megastar Chiranjeevi is now coming up with the magnum opus Syeraa Narasimha Reddy. Directed by Surender Reddy, the film is based on the life of unsung freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy. The film is currently in the midway of its shoot and is slated to release during Dasara festive season.
Today, the makers of Syeraa have released a special real-life picture of Uyyalawada. Today marks the death anniversary of this great fighter. Draped in a regal look, Uyyalawada looks elegant in his attire. Uyyalawada has fought against British East India Company in the year 1846 and was killed by the British soldiers on this very same day in 1847.
As a homage to this freedom fighter, the makers have released the rare picture of him. Produced by Ram Charan, this film features Nayanthara, Amitabh Bachchan, Vijay Sethupathi and Jagapathi Babu in other key roles. Amit Trivedi has scored the music for it.
