Did Prabhas And Karan Johar Parted Ways?

Prabhas became an all-India star with Baahubali series. Mainly, with Baahubali-2, he cemented his place in the hearts of North Indian people too.

For Baahubali-1, the team needed Karan Johar to present it in the right possible way and the master producer, director and marketeer, allowed the film to get more publicity under his name.

That took it to the many remote areas in North India and the movie became a huge success. For the second part, the name Baahubali and #WKKB were enough to make it a huge hit.

Now, Saaho, the next big budget movie of Prabhas, which is being made with a budget of 150 crores, aimed at all markets in India, theatrical rights in Hindi seems to have severed the relations between Karan Johar and Prabhas, if the media reports have to be believed.

The theatrical rights went to T-Series while Karan Johar wanted to buy them. He wanted to follow the Baahubali kind of a deal, but T-Series came up with double the amount that he quoted and UV Creations, the producers went with them.

As Prabhas, let this happen Karan Johar is no longer in plans to make a movie with him in his home banner, Dharma Productions, it seems.

Well, these could be rumours and if they were true, if Saaho becomes another blockbuster in Hindi markets too, Karan Johar will not leave such a lucrative opportunity to make a movie with Prabhas, go waste, as a shrewd businessman.
