Box-Office: 'Taxiwala' Is Unstoppable

After facing a debacle with a political thriller 'NOTA', young hero Vijay Devarakonda recently came up with a supernatural thriller 'Taxiwala'. Even before the release of the movie, a full unedited version of the film got leaked on the internet.
So, everyone thought that the movie cannot become a blockbuster. Even Vijay stated the same in an interview. But the numbers at the US premier shows are saying an entirely different thing. Vijay Devarakonda also enjoys a good fan following in overseas. It seems like Vijay Deverakonda can make half a million dollars in the US. As per the latest reports, 'Taxiwala' premiers itself grossed $115 K. Ravi Teja’s 'Amar Akbar Anthony' also released just a day before 'Taxiwala'. But the movie ended up as a disaster which also helped 'Taxiwala'.
'AAA' collected just 17 K in its disastrous run and there are no big releases which can threat the collections of 'Taxiwala'. The only biggie is '2.O' which is releasing on November 29th. Till then, 'Taxiwala' can rule the box office. So, the film is expected to make $750 in its full run.
