Tollywood Hero Arrested In Robbery Case

A Film Hero and Cine Assistant who have debts formed a group to plan robberies. OU Police arrested the gang Yesterday. Rs 15 lakh worth 50 tolas of gold, 30 tolas of silver and Rs 3,000 in cash was recovered from them so far.
Vicky Balija alias Vicky Raj who hails from Ranga Reddy has been working as an Assistant in TFI since four years. Mahesh and Vicky are childhood friends. With the passion for films, Mahesh launched himself as hero with the movie 'Nivuru' but it failed miserably and pushed him into debts. Then, He began going after easy-money. Robberies were planned by Vicky in the houses of rich people in the city. Mahesh used to conduct recee in the day time by introducing himself as cable operator. He kept targeting the houses which were locked at nights. Stolen Items were sold by Mahesh and they both used to lead luxury life with that money.
In 2016, Vicky was caught by Jubilee Hills Police. He continued robberies even after the jail term. Three cases were booked against Vicky by OU Police in this year. Vicky Balija and Mahesh were arrested when they were found behaving suspiciously. OU Police had opened PD Act against Vicky.
