Excise Enforcement Department which is investigating the Drug Racket Case refused to reveal the names of 12 film celebs who were issued notices. This situation has given scope for media keep guessing. While few people who's names were reported by media confessed receiving notices, Others claimed notices haven't been served to them. Subsequently, Media began trying to fill the gaps by mentioning few more names. It's been reported that two sons of a Leading Producer have been involved in the drug racket.
However, The Producer issued a clarification that none of his two sons were addicted to drugs. He informed, 'A section of media is deliberately dragging the names of my family members. Neither we received any notices nor calls so far in connection with drugs case. None of my family members were involved'.
The Seasoned Producer disclosed that Movie Artiste Association is planning a Film Festival with the title 'No Drugs' to create awareness about side effects of drug addiction. These issue-based films will be screened in theaters to address the problem.
