Not many know that Vijay Anthony's film, Kaasi is releasing on 18th of May. The filmmakers couldn't invest as much as they did previously to promote the film.
Vijay Anthony, the music director turned producer and actor, got a huge hit with Bicchagadu but his subsequent movies failed to impress audience.
His immediate next, Bethaludu had people rooting for him but then it became a flop.
His next films, Yaman and Indrasena, also ended up being big disasters and the actor's new release, Kaasi has no buzz at all.
Once again, team released 7 mins of the film to create interest but Mahanati Savitri and Deadpool2, seem to be ruling the roost at the box office.
