Vijay Varma is saying that director Venu Sriram has approached him through a mutual friend... he was impressed with the story and gave his nod to act in the film immediately after the story narration. He said he is delighted to debut Tollywood with this film. He remembered the days when he worked as a theater artiste in Hyderabad. He said that he is learning Telugu and focusing on delivering dialogues without prompting.
