Will Krish still be the director of Manikarnika?

Krish has quit the project, Manikarnika - The Queen of Jhansi, once he got an opportunity to make NTR biopic. He decided to give the to both and for few months shot both simultaneously.
Producers and Kangana did not like this approach and they said that they are not using 40% of the material shot by Krish and ordered for re-shoots. Kangana Ranaut before taking over had to convince producers to not file a case as that will halt the production.
They couldn't find a director to replace Krish in the right time and Kangana took over saying that Krish will guide her to direct the film. Later, as they both also had issues, she took over the project completely as a director.
Sonu Sood and another actress quit the film as their characters lost meat and producers decided use what they have shot of them. In the recently released trailer, Krish is credited as the director.
Now, the shoot been concluded by the team under Kangana's direction. They shot a song at Madhya Pradesh. We have to wait and see, if Krish will still get credited as director in the main film? As off now, movie will release on 25th January, 2019 for sure.
