Murder Attempt On Jagan: Remand Report!
X
AP Police submitted the remand note while producing Srinivasa Rao, who attempted to kill YS Jaganmohan Reddy at the Visakha Airport, in the Court. The remand report which was disclosed by a media house raised many doubts. Take a look at it...

Srinivas Rao, a fan of Jagan, began working in the Fusion Foods Restaurant in Visakha Airport since an year. He believed Jagan would become CM in 2019 due to the situation prevailing in AP. He also wished to submit a letter consisting of the measures to be taken after forming the government to the YCP Chief.

Mr.Rao brought a knife used during cockfights and another small knife into the airport on October 23rd. He decided to implement his plan on Oct 25th when Jagan arrived to the airport. At 12.40 pm, Woman Waiter offered Tea to Jagan but he asked for Coffee. Srinivasa Rao who was standing there holding a water bottle breached the security cover of Jagan during this period. After having coffee, Jagan got up to leave and its then Srinivas Rao placed a request for selfie. Ex-MLA Dharma Sri got ready to capture the photo using his mobile. All of a sudden, Srinivas Rao pulled out the knife in his pocket to attack Jagan. Quickly, YCP Chief got alerted and turned right, but suffered an injury on his shoulder. Soon, YCP Leader Chinna Sri, Protocol Security Staff and CISF Personnel took the attacker into custody. Its then he had thrown the 11-page letter penned by him. Chinna Sri collected the knife and went outside to see if its poisoned. CISF seized a cell phone, two SIMs and one Debit Card from the accused. He was handed over to AP Police in the evening.

Neither Media nor Eye-Witnesses had confirmed that Srinivas Rao had thrown away the 11-pages letter after the attack. Who conspired to kill Jagan using Srinivas Rao as a pawn? Srinivas Rao changed 9 mobiles and used 9 SIMs in a span of 1 year. He made over 10,000 phone calls during this period. Srinivas Rao have accounts in three nationalized banks. From where did Srinivas Rao, who belongs to a poor family, receive money for his luxurious lifestyle? Sections under which the case was booked by the Cops raised few doubts. Only Section 307 of IPC (Murder Attempt) was preferred. What about Section 120B which could expose the conspirators?
