Is Another TV Channel Closing Down?

Is it going to be swansong for Mojo TV ? Yes, say those in the know. The TV channel, which came with a small budgets and big ideas, may soon close down. This would mean that at least 160 employees of the media organisations would be left in the lurch and would be made to run from pillar to post in search of jobs.
And why is the channel closing? The new owners feel that this channel is not needed and can serve no purpose. They feel that this channel was only useful for Ravi Prakash to siphon off funds from TV 9. Hence, he had his puppets positioned in key posts and did whatever he wanted, they feel. As it is, Mojo TV cannot fight the battle of big channels as its infrastructures and staff structure cannot sustain the channel. So, the new owners are said to have told the staff that the channel would soon be closed.
However, some sources say there is no immediate threat to the organisation. But, there is already some disquiet among the staff. Some of the key employees are already looking for jobs in other channels. Whatever, mediapersons in Telangana are going through tough time.
