These Two Party Offices Are All But Ghost Buildings

These two party offices pulsated with activity for years. Party workers trooped in and out of the office throughout the day. Press meets were regularly organised at appointed times and top leaders were busy meeting workers and mediapersons throughout the day. But today, they are just two ghost buildings with rarely anyone visiting them.
Yes. We are talking about the Telugu Desam headquarters near KBR Park and the Gandhi Bhavan. Post 2019 elections, these two offices are wearing a deserted look. As for the TDP office, the main gate rarely opens and the staff enter through the side door. Throughout the day, there is not much activity in the building. The banners and buntings, cutouts and posters that used to adorn the building are gone. The party is now all but dead in Telangana.
As for Gandhi Bhavan, post 2019 elections, the party office is almost dead. The office complex as several other wings, because of which there is some activity in the building. But, the party office has fewer visitors now. There are no press conferences. Some senior Congress leaders are lamenting that there is no one even to offer a cup of tea to them. If this trend continues, there would be To Let boards soon in front of both the offices.
