Man Throws Bike After Being Fined For Not Wearing Helmet

Ever since the revised Motor Vehicle Act has been introduced, people have been paying a huge amount of money as fine to the traffic police.
Recently, a biker in Uttar Pradesh's Meerut district was fined for not wearing a helmet. Angry over the matter, the biker pushes and bashes the bike and tries breaking it. After getting tired, the man sat on his bike and started crying.
As per the latest rules of the Motor Vehicles(Amendment) Act 2019, driving without a helmet could result in a rider being fined Rs 1,000 along with the individual's driving license being suspended for three months.
