From past four days protests are going in full swing on seemandhra region.Employess took active part on the movement without attending to the work.

Government has finally kicked on the back of Employess by implementing ESMA act. Essential Services Maintenance Act(ESMA) law has been implemented on govt Employees.The basic theme of the act is No Work No Pay.Employess who was not attended to the work they wonÂ’t get the payment.

AP Government has issued GO No 238 to avoid AP NGOs association from taking their strike any further. As per the GO, all protests should be halted for the next six months.Government also released GO 177, under which there will be no pay if they don't work and the attendance of all the employees will be sent to Chief Secretary by 11 am every day.

Otherside, Govt Employees said that they are not afraid regarding ESMA law but are ready for anything for Samaikyandhra.AP NGOs alleging that Government was showing partiality on the Seemandhra employees by implementing the act as there was no action taken when T-NGOS participated in ‘Sakala Janula Samme’
