Tamil star Suriya's upcoming film under the direction of Linguswamy has been titled as Rowdy. This confirmation from the makers will put an end to the rumors that the film was shelved.
Suriya is going to play a powerful role yet again after Singham 2 in this movie. Samantha will be pairing opposite the versatile actor for the first time. Linguswamy has a good track record with hits like Run, Pandem Kodi and Awara under his belt. This film too might fall in the hit list given the fantastic combo.
Other film which was signed by Suriya is Dhruvnachathiram which will be directed by Gautham Menon. These two have earlier worked for Surya S/O Krishnan. Trisha and Simran are playing the female leads.
