Hero Daughter turns down Mahesh Film

The makers of Mahesh Babu's racy entertainer Aagadu approached Shruti Haasan to play the female lead only to get the shock of their life. She turned down the offer citing lack of call sheets for the year 2013.
The actual reason behind the refusal is said to be the cold war between Shruti Haasan and Tamanna. These two actresses are fighting hard to make their presence in the Bollywood. In the process, the upper hand of one actress didn't go well down with the other. Knowing that Tamanna too has been confirmed for the role of leading lady in Aagadu, Shruti decided to refuse the project to avoid the possibility of Tamanna gaining an upper hand.
In the entire story, Everything worked in favor of Tamanna. Loss of one actress is always a gain of the other! It's true!!
