Pawan Kalyan in search of Office

It is known that Pawan Kalyan has launched his home banner 'Pawan Kalyan Creative Works Pvt. Ltd' long ago. The actor wishes to produce films frequently on his production house from now to end the long wait of his fans.
As per the reliable sources, Pawan is currently in search of an office space in posh Jubilee Hills area for story sittings and other film related activities. He is said to be keen on starting his office in Journalist Colony and the deal might be closed very soon.
The first project of Pawan's home banner would be 'Gabbar Singh 2'. While the actor will be presenting the cop flick, his close buddy Sarath Marar would be producing the movie. The script has been developed by Sampath Nandi based by the storyline suggested by Pawan Kalyan. The film is neither a prequel nor sequel to 'Gabbar Singh', but its a completely new story. Except for the characterization of the main protagonist, every aspect in 'Gabbar Singh 2' is quite different from the original. Regular shooting would begin in September this year and the film is slated for Summer 2014 release.
