Annapoorna studio is the one which played the most significant role in tollywood from past three decades.So many films had canned on the studio and still its providing many modern facilities to upcoming movies. Annapurna Studios had witnessed the filming of numerous blockbusters for the past four decades.
It was established in 1955 by the veteran Telugu actor Nageswara Rao Akkineni and the Studio was Started in 1975.ANR showed wide interest on developing the studio at hyderabad as he had always wished to stay in Andhra as this is where his audience was.With the support of the government, he had bought land and developed the studio primarily to encourage the migration of the Telugu film industry from Chennai to Hyderabad.
The studio has completed 38 years recently .Here we have one rarest news about the person who offered the first brick to construct the studio.He is none other than Tollywood Hero Sumanth along with her late grand mother Annapoorna.ANR used to pamper Sumanth from his childhood as sumanth lost his mother at very small age.
