The business of Tollywood is directly proportional to the number of influential film families in the state. In T-town, As many as 25-35 lead actors are sons, brothers, nephews or extended family of veteran stars or directors or producers. Out of all, Megas are dominating and the statistics prove the same.

Mega Family: Pawan Kalyan, Ram Charan and Allu Arjun are three of the top 5 heroes in the Industry with a market of over Rs 55 crore, Rs 50 crore and Rs 40 crore respectively. The combined market of the family is Rs 145 crores. Sai Dharam Tej, Allu Sirish and Varun Tej will be adding their bit to the total by next year.

Nandamuri Family: NTR and Balakrishna are the top contenders with a market of Rs 40 crore and Rs 20 crore respectively. While Kalyan Ram contributes Rs 8 crore, Tarakaratna adds another Rs 1.5-2 crore. The combined market of the family is Rs 70 crores.

Ghattamaneni Family: Mahesh Babu's films does a business over Rs 55 crore and he is the only actor on par with Pawan Kalyan. Sudheer Babu managed to get a market of Rs 5 crore after the success of Prema Katha Chitram. The combined market of the family is Rs 60 crores.

Akkineni Family: Nagarjuna is still able to be in the Rs 25 crore slot even in his 50s. Naga Chaitanya, Sumanth and Sushanth commands Rs 12 crore, Rs 4 and Rs 3 crore respectively. The combined market of the family is Rs 44 crores.

Daggubati Family: Venkatesh leads the chart with Rs 20 crore and he is followed by Rana with Rs 10 crore. The combined market of the family is Rs 30 crores.

Manchu Family: Vishnu, Manoj and Lakshmi have a market of Rs 10 crore, Rs 7 crore and Rs 5 crore. The combined market of the family is Rs 22 crores.
